Terms and Conditions for Subcontractor Application – Goliath Payment, LLC

**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By submitting an application to become a subcontractor for Goliath Payment, LLC ("Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

**2. Application Process**
- All applications must be completed in full and submitted through the designated platform.
- The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion.

**3. Eligibility**
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

**4. Background Checks**
- The Company may conduct background checks on applicants as part of the evaluation process. By submitting your application, you consent to this.

- Successful applicants will operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement shall create an employer-employee relationship between the Company and the subcontractor.

**7. Confidentiality**
- Subcontractors agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of their work with Goliath Payment, LLC.

**8. Compliance with Laws**
- Subcontractors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while performing services for the Company.

**9. Termination**
- The Company reserves the right to terminate the subcontractor's agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of terms, unsatisfactory performance, or misconduct.

**10. Changes to Terms**
- Goliath Payment, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application process after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Goliath Payment, LLC operates.
